Meet the Founder
Anew Insights is founded and led by Julie Piazza, whose background spans executive-level HR leadership. She previously served as VP of People & Culture at Archbright, an HR consulting and employer association, where she designed and led strategic programs including IDEAL (DEI strategic framework), the AHA talent acquisition program, SCARF-model facilitation, and the Talent Readiness program.
